Where Could I Find a Biz Partner - Developer
 

Our old engineer left us late last year (personal issues), so we worked with someone temporary until we got another service in place. However, that is becoming to daunting of a task to manage itself and looking to bring someone in to become a partner.

This isn't a startup in its infancy, but rather running strong for a few years and profitable. However, I'd like to find someone with the startup mentality looking to put in the time and effort for a big pay day, rather than just collect a paycheck and check out at 5pm.

I figured someone may know where to look for something like this, ideally someone locally.

I need someone with experience, especially with PHP and API applications. I reached out to a local tech college here but they said they were not interested in posting anything unless it had a full salary... no wonder why people can't find jobs :1orglaugh

The is salary for this, but at this time I can't afford to pay $120k/year salary to someone and would rather give them a big % of the company instead of someone else to be an investor.
