Given the massive amounts of Romanian camgirls I would guess any joins coming from Romania have a high chance of being fraud. I wouldn't accept those transactions.

You can make sales with romanian traffic only if you reffer some models (a lots of great models are from Romania)! I have a huge amount of traffic from Romania and not even a single sale, but I have sales even from india and pakistan!

I have known of Romanian studio bosses who have bought credit packages so they could tip their own new models anonymously to encourage them ... That said, sales from Romania are rare if any.

This idea about fraud with identifiable Romanian IPs (or any high-risk country) is a joke. VPNs with USA or EU IPs are the real problem.

Many models will block their home country IPs (e.g.; Romania) as they do not want Uncle Ion or their boyfriend seeing what they are up to ... Asian girls will block their own country's IPs to keep the police out -- cam porn is illegal in most of Asia. The police are not that dedicated (or enabled) to use VPNs much I guess.

If you are going to go looking for business -- referrals from USA and Western Europe make up 80%, or more, of the total revenue.
