Looking for someone who would enjoy moderating the site and to make it grow.
It's 100% genuine self submitted forum with stable audience and hundreds of paying customers.

It's not about technical moderation, but about making it more entertaining and growing.

Let's say I could make it a bit more alive (post new threads/posts) and moderate it.

the forum is alive, it's a community with many loyal members, but it's growing very slowly

i need more complex and genuine approach for someone who enjoys that and understands what ppl enjoy there. there're many new visitors who come there, but didn't stay for a long.

no watermarked stuff, no links to other sites

Your forum has an identity crisis. It is not immediately apparent what the main subject matter of the forum is.

Let producers post stuff (watermarked) it will bring fresh content and you can have your affiliate link in there sig so you make money too!

YES! - Its a nice forum but no incentive for anyone to do much of anything but look and leave. Unless you're an exhibitionist I guess.
