Willing to pay someone to help me do this.."GeoFencing" work around

Hi All,

willing to pay someone if they can help me get around the "Geofencing" in new jersey poker sites. I live in NY and want to play poker in new jersey. tried VPN's and proxies, can't find a work around as they are using "Geofencing" technology where it needs to have wifi, and 3 wifi signals around the connection... not sure how to do it and willing to pay someone to help.

thnx

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 10:00 AM

bumpppppp

kjs 03-01-2014 11:39 AM

Find a hosting facility in NJ and fire up a remote desktop.

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 11:45 AM

i thought about that .. not sure if it would get around there "Wifi triangular" geolocation tracking..do any dedicated or VPS servers have Wifi built into them???

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 01:08 PM

bump for networking assistance..

willing to pay $$$$$$$

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 03:36 PM

bump for a networking guru

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 07:29 PM

bump .. $200.00 for any networking help to achieve this.

EddyTheDog 03-01-2014 07:33 PM

So you have to have 4 wifi signals with NJ ip's to connect?..

That is crazy.....

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 07:38 PM

yeah thats how they determine your location..

it has to be possible... people are doing it now.

i just don't know how..

who can help!!

livexxx 03-01-2014 08:02 PM

Don't they also use mobile phone tracking as well

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 08:09 PM

no, they only use that in vegas.

in jersey they use the triangular wifi positioning geofencing.

it locations you via wifi and the signals around the wifi connection.

need someone to help!! willing to pay!!

sandman! 03-01-2014 09:00 PM

do you have any friends in nj ?

if you do send them a cheap $300 computer then use it to play cards.

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 09:01 PM

I wish it was that easy sandman, I have a brother in new jersey... it detects remote desktops and VPNS... i can't figure out a way around it.

sandman! 03-01-2014 09:01 PM

if you dont have a friend in nj i know some people that would probably do it for $50-$100 a month.

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 09:02 PM

I am willing to pay $100 a month if it can be done.

INSANEKING 03-01-2014 09:05 PM

if you know someone with a VPS, or dedicated server, i am willing to pay for it just to be able to play.

suesheboy 03-02-2014 04:05 AM

Shows the desperation of someone who is addicted.:2 cents:

lagcam 03-02-2014 05:11 AM

You are wasting your time.

The wifi signal thing is only the start of it.

Assuming you get around that, you will need to be able to load money from a card registered to a Jersey address and that will be a piece of cake compared to the cashing out process in the event you win any money.

:2 cents:

INSANEKING 03-02-2014 10:56 AM

no you don't have to be a resident of new jersey, you just have to physically be in new jersey to gamble. anyone can help?

INSANEKING 03-02-2014 04:11 PM

bump for help

Jim_Gunn 03-02-2014 07:12 PM

I wouldn't trust online card games anyway, but why not play elsewhere at a different poker site that will take your action instead of in NJ?

INSANEKING 03-02-2014 07:18 PM

thought it would be too much of a hassle to try to set up off shore bank accounts etc. to play on poker stars or something through a VPN..

i live in NY, literally 20 mins from jersey... sucks i can't play.

there has to be a networking guy out there who knows how to get around this, and I'm willin to pay !!! someone help

lagcam 03-02-2014 07:22 PM

If you live 20 mins from Jersey, just travel 20 mins, rent a room and sit in it and play. Problem solved. Why you gotta make it so complicated man?

INSANEKING 03-02-2014 07:23 PM

lol i want to play from the comfort of my own house

there has to be a work around.......someone help

I'm not sure with poker, but you don't need an offshore bank account or VPN to use an offshore gambling site if they say they accept U.S. bettors. Some do as policy, some don't. U.S. sports gamblers use several methods including sending cash via Moneygram or Western Union to bet on offshore sports books and get paid the same way or by check. I personally wouldn't want to give any gambling site my bank account info anyway.

What this site is using is probably skyhook's wifi triangulation. One simple way to get around it is plug the desktop into the router via ethernet and turn of wifi. If your wifi is off, it's impossible to do wifi triangulation :2 cents:

If you're on a mobile device, forget it.

borked 03-03-2014 01:43 PM

oh, and when your browser asks you "This site wants to use your location" (or something similar) click deny cos that's HTML5 geolocation based on similar triangulation. Tht way you fall back to IP geolocation, that you can circumvent using VPNs

You can paypal me the $$$$$$$ cheque whenever

These services are designed so that if you're not on WiFi you can't get access.

greg80 03-03-2014 04:56 PM

How do they know wifi location? Do they use data that Google street view cars picked up or something else?

INSANEKING 03-03-2014 06:24 PM

i have no idea but they do..if you don't have wifi enabled, you won't be playing... its a weird way of authentication... i wish someone knew a work around

greg80 03-04-2014 04:42 AM

It would be interesting to learn more about this technology... so bump for you

freecartoonporn 03-04-2014 04:52 AM

seems strange - my desktop for example is wired via ethernet with WiFi switched off to my ADSL connection, yet I can access the game (though I'm in europe). Tested on FireFox and Safari that will ask for HTML5 geolocation (that uses triangulation), but none asked, so I'm guessing they used basic IP geolocation...

Curious to find out too :thumbsup

borked 03-04-2014 12:09 PM

the site is using adobe CQ that has location features enabled - eg http://helpx.adobe.com/experience-ma...olocation.html

From the gambling sites HTML source code :
Code:

CQURLInfo = {
    "contextPath": null,
    "requestPath": '\/content\/poker\/njpartypokercom\/en_US\/index1',
    "selectorString": null,
    "selectors": [],
    "extension": 'html',
    "suffix": null,
    "systemId": 'a5162ae6-f05e-xxxx-xxxx-867ce4b0777b',
    "runModes": 'publish'
};

Note the systemId that I'm guessing is unique to my machine (replaced some chars with xxxx's to protect myself), so it could well be your system has already been flagged?

As someone blocked from that site, what does your HTML source code show (search for text "CQURLInfo")?

INSANEKING 03-04-2014 12:17 PM

has nothing to do with being flagged because once I'm in new jersey on this same laptop..the poker site works....its a plug in that u have to download that somehow blocks you via wifi triangulation.

INSANEKING 03-04-2014 02:35 PM

anything new?

livexxx 03-04-2014 03:08 PM

Ah, they use xyVerify or Locaid, I've got a box in a cage in NJ, but if it is mapped using signals etc, then its unlikely to work in a data center. They send out dongles, and I wonder if they whitelist their mac id ?

Locaid are also working with delaware so even when the compact goes through it wouldnt be of use.

Otherwise you could tell me your calling range and bankroll me and I'll play on your behalf ;)

INSANEKING 03-04-2014 03:53 PM

guess ill have to stick to playing in jersey lol

no remote desktop or nothing huh?

i have a brother in jersey, but I'm assuming RDC won't work either..

only thing i was thinking of is possibly remoting into a computer, and then using a VM to play...however not sure if VM can have wifi enabled...

greg80 03-05-2014 11:28 AM

bump for you...
