Nothing. It's just scare tactics to encourage you to pay the ransom. It's called browlock, but it doesn't actually lock anything. It loads 150 iframes on top of each other, so that as much as you click close, it's still there, making you think it has frozen your browser.

Plugrush runs them all the time.
