Profile (of the user you want to get in touch with) -> Contact Info -> Send a private message to (username).

You click on the nickname here
<- and you will see a "Send private message" option.If you dont,you or the other user dont have enought post/too new..

I think you have to be at least in the "Confirmed User" user group. You're not there yet. If I recall correctly it's around 100 posts that you need.
