European Summit announces TES 2014 PRG Show Hotel at 96 Euro
 

Hi everyone,

For those of you who would like to get a head-start on their hotel room bookings for TES 2014 PRG, please find the booking link below (Recommended Check-In 22nd & Check-Out 25th of September 2014):

September 22nd, 2014: Entertainment Day (YNOT Karting, Cybersocket Opening Party, etc.)
September 23rd, 2014: Show Day 1
September 24th, 2014: Show Day 2
September 25th, 2014: Prague Sightseeing Day / Leaving Day

Single rooms are only: 96 Euro/night (approx. 134 USD, 80 GBP) including VAT and breakfast.

Double Rooms are only: 106 Euro/night (approx. 148 USD, 89 GBP) including VAT and breakfast.

Rooms will only be available while supply lasts.

Rooms can be canceled free of charge until 1 month pre-show.

No, there are still some rooms available. Did you enter the group code 8102 under group code? Otherwise it will say sold out and not allow you to book...

I think primary thing should be it's business capacity (number of conference rooms) then number of sleeping room.After all i dont see nothing special being in show hotel as not all events are based in show hotel,so you going to move a lot one way or another.

The budapest one was small as fuck, It wasn't until the 2nd day I even found out about the upstairs.

Lol you must be only one who doesn't know what happened - a billionare bought it and turning it into private park.

Just a gut feeling I got because of the large amount of sponsorship requests we are receiving. In my mind I do not have the slightest doubt that Prague this year will become the largest Summit we have hosted so far (and hopefully also the best one).

No. With 236 rooms it is actually the largest one we have ever had so far. It will also host the largest show floor which we have ever had with over 30 individual business lounges and 4 seminar tracks.

Agreed. And this one got 236 rooms (more rooms than we have ever had in an event hotel) and has 4 large seminar rooms and 4 small breakout rooms which works great for what we do.

Agreed. All said. Nothing to be added. It was of all the bad hotel options (I looked at all the 5 star and the better 4 star hotels in Budapest) unfortunately the only option we were left with in the end.

Sponsorships doesn't equal number of visitors.Tho,that remind how a large percentage of attendees is actually a lot of people coming from sponsors/single company,for example awe get around 15 people.If you count number of attendees by company and not by raw number,that would be a hoooooooole different image.But anyway,i dont see number of attendees important anyway ,as there is no enough time to do all potential business meetings one way or another.

Howabout no lol.According to my calculations,Prague is best place to this due following reasons
-best travel connectivity,meaning can be reached by bus/train/plain easily
-good hotel/city cost
-proximity of many sponsors(and this plays a role a lot as well)
Only alternative what comes to my mind would be bratislava/ljubljana,but that need to be researched further.

For now, we are quite happy with Prague.

But in the medium to long run we might consider to do a Summit in Warsaw (Krakow or Wroclaw not, as they do not have large international airports).

Yes, agreed. Prague has a lot of advantages - that is why we picked it ;-)
