What's up with TushyCash?

Does anyone here promote TushyCash and if so do you ever get email promo updates from them? I just checked the Promo Tools link on their affiliate site and got this message:

"The file /nfs1_new/tools.tushycash.com/include/utils.php is corrupted."

That makes me wonder if they're still in business.

Used to convert very well, but I stopped promoting them about a year ago when they no longer updated sites.
