Looking for a website to be made:
 

I stumbled upon: chaturbate-cams.com and would love to have one made that looks just like it. I wish I knew how to do it, but, I only know rookie stuff like Wordpress and Concrete5.

I have limited funds right now and can swap for some hosting from a VPS.

If you can steer me in the right direction and/or swap services that would be cool.
