The families and friends of these victims have a long way to go to acceptance when they are stuck at denial. Hopefully some concrete proof will come soon to enable them to process this terrible loss.

I always figured the sea in general would have "objects" floating around all the time anyway.

Pretty sure if you looked around hard enough you'd find all sorts in there...

I love how there's so much going on in the world, but we can't seem to focus on anything but a plane and a few missing people.

The running joke in our family is "Have you heard the breaking news - another satellite has found more debris they think might be from the plane".

Breaking news on debris just makes me yell, "WILSON!"

I would have thought the concrete proof was 5 hours of fuel, missing for 2 weeks.

They will probably never find the plane. It's been hidden - either by our government of naturally to the deepest parts of the ocean.
