its only gonna have blogs/simple sites on it. ideally in uk, but somewhere near (netherlands?) is ok.

When you are seting up your "droplet" it askes you which country and city you want to be in. There is one option currently available for NL and the rest are USA.:2 cents: It was super easy to get set up. I was working my WP blog about 10 minutes after signing up.
