MrDeiz 03-27-2014 03:30 AM

Do you pay taxes?

I mean direct taxes as individual or company which you report to tax agency, not indirect once you buy products with VAT.

Please specify whether you pay it in full or optimize it to some min rates. What percent of your income goes to taxes?

L-Pink 03-27-2014 03:38 AM

Fed, state, local = 40% plus

CarlosTheGaucho 03-27-2014 03:55 AM

The total revenue is taxed at cca 11,5 % that including health and social insurance

But also:

VAT 21 pct. Gas 53 pct. consumption tax on selected ware etc. - if you count only the indirect taxes together it may be like 25 - 30 % from your disposable

So yes taking into account the taxation of consumption it's 40 % plus, indirect taxes account for the most of it.

MrDeiz 03-27-2014 08:15 AM

only 11 ppl responded.
why so?

Private enterpreneur in Ukraine pays much less tax then anywhere in the world. That's a fact.

EddyTheDog 03-27-2014 08:23 AM

I pay taxes in the UK and Spain - Also a tiny bit in New Zealand - Most of the time its a guess though - Its virtually impossible to deal with taxes in more than one country at once because the rules overlap...

Jel 03-27-2014 08:28 AM

always pay, and always some on top for a tip - those poor cunts are driving people around at all hours, dealing with drunken idiots vomiting in their cars, and so on. People who don't pay them are cunts, fact!

That explains why " the " Ukraine needs a handout ....

Markul 03-27-2014 10:36 AM

20% Company tax. A little over 60% personal tax (on the last dollah so to say).

EvaCash 03-27-2014 12:31 PM

Who doesn't try and "optimize" their tax rate? I mean you would be crazy not to. Who would blindly cough up 40% of their hard earned money without at least trying to find some good deductions?

mineistaken 03-27-2014 12:50 PM

How can you not pay taxes as a company? I mean you can take some payments "in black", but you still have to pay at least some :)
Also as individual the only way not to pay taxes is to work illegally, otherwise you automatically must pay as it is visible to the tax man.

CurrentlySober 03-27-2014 01:23 PM

i offer to pay in poo...

Nice_Nick 03-27-2014 01:31 PM

My corporation tax this year is £12000. VAT due at the same time is £7000 and NIC is £1200.

Damn April is a killer.

Crap is it's being used by huge corporations, say every other product on a shelf in the supermarket is being sold via a private enterpreneur tax system, amassed tax fuck up - oligarchs use it for themselves.

bronco67 03-27-2014 08:03 PM

I pay as an individual.

I paid $19,000 this year in Federal Tax.

Not fun.

Klen 03-28-2014 01:34 AM

It depend what kind of company you have, for example if you have registered craft, then there is no "company and personal income",it is a single income taxed 15% and you can do with money whatever you want unlike when you have llc.Tho then you are responsible with your all assets,so if you fuck up something, you can louse a house if you have one. Also what i noticed, for some reason moneybookers dont recognize this type of bussiness- there is no such option on registration, checked for CZ for trade license, not listed as well.

you got me wrong
Yes, I pay taxes as Company - those who pay only as business and don't pay as individual. and also those working for salaries for whom their company pays taxes

1. in what country are you incorporated? (or aren't you but you do business as sole proprietorship ?)
(EU, Belize, Costa Rica, US, ... ?)

2. are there payment processors that work with sole proprietorship and not just incorporated companies? (ccbill EU, epoch, verotel ...?)

polipie 04-02-2014 05:04 AM

Belgium is unfortunately one of the highest taxation countries in EU. Goddamn commun...err socialists!

It's a national sport to avoid as much taxes as possible. It's very common for natives to talk about how you avoid taxes and much you avoided.

michael.kickass 04-02-2014 06:03 AM

My country has one of the highest tax levels in the world. :(

J. Falcon 04-02-2014 06:21 AM

Dunno about now, but there were days in Ukraine where all the stuff in the supermarkets used to be sold via similar system to officially lower the tax, so corporations used to "buy" off the private businessmen paying fixed $100/mo tax to sell shit off their
shelves.

Ah, now I got it :1orglaugh You want to see my tax declaration for 2013 w/o personal information (name, tax id etc), w/o address of my tax inspection, w/o the tax amount and w/o my signatures. Is that correct? So you want to see just a standard 4-sheet tax form with blank fields? WHY??? What exactly do you want to see there? :upsidedow

JA$ON 04-02-2014 10:03 AM

$62,387.88 Federal. Thats just the final adjustment AFTER paying quarterly estimated all fucking year. (quality problem I guess) I don't have enough time to type all of the various corp / state etc. Its insane :(

when I made under 50k, I voted Democrat

Once it hit 150 or so, Republican

Now, Libertarian

When you pay little, or even get a return (the good old poor kid days) you don't think about it, but when you start cutting larger checks and pay attention to how horribly the gov manages ITS OWN finances, it makes you fucking CrAzy!

freecartoonporn 04-02-2014 11:40 AM

is this a test ?

You may want to consider voting offshore.

Jman 04-02-2014 11:47 AM

Between federal and provincial it is 42% :(

I should move to Alberta...
