All hell is breaking loose outside - I expected 3 / 5 men, doing the driveway...

I had about 20 / 25 earlier on, with the entire road blocked off to traffic etc.... Utterly amazed TBH how they got away with it, but fair play... EXCELLENT JOB so far....

Did you test drive the excavator? They are good fun to have a play with just like the Tonka toys you no doubt played with as a kid only capable of serious destruction.

It has to go down quite rapidly before it gets time to cool down is why there are so many men.

Agreed, however we re not at that point QUITE YET - Thats tomorrow... We are only at the 'Prep Stage'

Truthful answer is that since they laid it, its been raining down here virtually 24/7... Infact only yesterday was the first day when it didn't rain....

The 'Digger' didn't get collected on time - It was still here on monday, but that meant that the gardener who comes on Mondays, didn't arrive, cause he was going to re-seed the lawn.

But it was raining, and a pointless exercise with the digger in place.

Its still much darker than I expected, but where it 'has had a chance' to dry out, its a lot lighter...

Add to that my boiler gone 'Bang', and I'm supposed to have a new one installed tomorrow (Friday) going outside to take pics isn't an inviting option for me :)

I'll let the rain stop, and the gardener work his magic, and post in due course - Bu I'm really pleased with it overall.

I personally think its a lot better now, and it also means that when I jump in my car, hit the auto roof down button and pull away, I'm not driving over broken bricks and shit, and knocking the roof mech off of its rachects :thumbsup
