I read your page. I can see where your points are coming from, but I think it ultimately is driven by a *trust* factor of third parties cutting you the check.

You need to find *trust worthy* programs outside of that box as well. How many CCBill threads have you started about where did your sales go?

Look for the setups that encourages affiliate payouts (hint, right above your post). If you dig around you will know what i'm talking about.
