I made my ad, do I have to create a campaign for it to go live? I can't seem to figure out how to create a campaign without plugrush asking for me to update my payment info. I want to use the funds I have in my plugrush account. Not give them payment info.

putting any email in paxum option should do the trick

You can do it with them, and with all other ad networks too.
