I have negotiated with the seller. he's solid.

I'm not saying he is not solid. He seems like a great guy actually.

I just hate seeing his reference in this thread as "timewasters", and I know he's referring to me as one of those "timewasters" per our last conversations together.

He does seem like a solid guy. Nice guy actually, but it takes time and a lot research, information, and knowledge to invest in a site for that amount of money. If it's $100 bucks then I wouldn't give a shit, but for that amount, questions need to be asked.

So what is the asking price for this?

He told me that he gets about USD $2500 per month for ads from Livejasmin (which was confirmed to me by a livejasmin person) and the rest of the earning is from exoclicks and others.
I offered to him US $10k , but he is asking 30k.

My offer was more than twice that, but i'm still only a time waster fyi

He also told me this:

" i got someone coming back to me monday and i got someone who wants to buy imagearn / videarn together "

and he hopes to get "over a million" ... :)

It is very expensive, but if somebody will buy imagearn and Livejasmin will stop paying $2500 per month it will take huge amount of time to get the paid money back ... so it is a risky deal.

That is exactly what I thought, the LJ issue, it would suck bad if that got cancelled. I had a fixed rate deal with LJ they cancelled a couple months back, so I know they don't just let their fixed rate deals go on forever.

I wish him the best, they are good sites, Videarn esp is HUGE HUGE site.

banning/blocking the advert or banning/blocking the upload? the upload of the picture is of a naked underage girl, the advertisements are porn advertisements (when exgf, often have underage girls as well)

Sorry, been away and busy with things. Site is back up for sale. Price dropped to 5-6 months income, income is $3800+ a month. Traffic not changed at around 25k daily, split 30/30/30 across direct / refs / se traffic.

Great deal to be done with someone...

Does anyone know if the website was eventually sold to someone else? It seems that Tom Volonterio (owner of imagearn and videoarn) was still looking for buyers and after October 23, 2014 the thread died.
