webcam affiliate using google cloaking. affiliate programs - do you allow this?
So I saw this webcam affiliate using a really 90's style cloaking:
- when a user visits his domain, he gets redirected to the target site with his affiliate ID - when google visits the domain, it reaches a blank page with a customized title tag This affiliate managed to get some organic rankings on the brand name (no idea how actually since this is the most basic cloaking which I thought Google learned years ago) My question is to the webcam affliate programs - is this something which is allowed / looked the other way as long as you get signups / against the written terms etc. |
many affiliates, not just cam related, do all blackhat methods possible to get rankings which bring more money to them as well as to program so why wouldn't that be allowed?

you are really someone very clever ... if you see that it works, why report it, instead of try it yourself? man, your thinking makes me hmmmm ... :) edit: oh, i see, you have no idea why, yeah, then its better to report it and pray that he will be banned and you will get his serps? :winkwink: :upsidedow

Maybe Google admire the skill! :2 cents:

I didn't point out any name / site - was just wondering if this kind of technique is allowed by the affiliate programs
