Does anyone know a simple program that will cover up a watermark on a video?
 

do you know how some tubes require custom watermarks for their videos? is there any kind of simple program that will just run batches of videos and cover-up the watermark with it in small image?

I use watermark master from the people who make video charge, it was pretty cheap under 100 bucks I think. I use it for the same thing you need. http://www.videocharge.com/Products/wm/main.php

they are our own watermarks...just porn hub and the other thing geek properties all require a custom watermark on every video

I use ffmpeg and bash for loops from the command line and do it directly on the server.

We wouldn't do business with a tube that requires our watermarks to be changed.

Lol!! NEVER give your videos to a tube site who asked you to remove your watermarks. You are providing them with content. They make money selling advertising around your content. You at the very least should get a link right to your page AND your own watermark on your own content. If a Tube site asks you for anything less tell them to go fuck themselves.

pornhub and some other tubes asks content owner to watermark content like

- Video must be watermarked as such - sitename.com/Pornhub

and provides guide on linking the sitename.com/Pornhub with their specific link code on our server.


to OP , i did this before., our old watermark was transparent one so we overwritten the non-transparent watermark on it, which blocked the previous watermark with new one.

i use modified mechbunny script to watermark the videos.,
but if you have videos in one place and all of same resolution , then ffmpeg is your best bet, if you are looking for something windows based , then try this,

its not free, but its simplest program out there which in background uses ffmpeg, doing so makes it more compatible and less isseus like other softwares have i.e. the videocharge studio is total bullshit and crashes like million times.

Doesn't anyone ever have the un-watermarked source footage that they can go back to? Covering up one watermark with another solid background watermark on an already compressed video is going to look like shit.

I have the same problem and I need something too. Have lots of old videos with my old watermark on them and need to overwrite it with a new watermark.
Anything else besides VideoCharge?
