Anybody an SEO expert?

Redesigning my site ... smileforthecum.com

Need to do SEO for it so that when I buy traffic the user can associate free porn with an image ...

I'm just learning how to code and my developer is busy redesigning the site ... my site doesn't show up in Google when you type for smile for the cum, is there a way to get it at least on the first page of results?

or

if this request is impossible, can someone quickly explain to me how google works with porn sites and search results?

Google works with porn sites the same as with mainstream site, the only difference is that competition is higher, so there is more work to be done. Indexing your site should be a quick and easy job for you.

I see no text. Get rid of the top image and put a h1 tag with "smile for the cum" at the top of the page.
That is step one.

It is showing on the first place of Google for "smile for the cum" from here.

You can find more keywords, and try to generate traffic based on these keywords to your site. It will be probably long tail keywords(3+ words, mostly 3, I think, you don't want to go to far too - no search volume, I think), since these are less competitive etc.

1) Figure out what your site is about
2) Find related keywords
3) Expand the keyword list with tools like Google Trends, Bing Webmaster Tools, Free Wordtracker Keywords, brainstorming / plurals / permutations etc
4) Check search volume and seo competition for these keywords (Market Samurai)
5) Do on site optimization for these keywords
6) Do social media marketing
7) Do link building / content marketing after that (you might want to subscribe for a trial with Majestic seo, and pull competitors backlinks for your keywords to an Excel spreadsheet etc)
