Shuttle Through Video
 

Do users care nowadays about being able to stream and shuttle through a video before it's downloaded? I've been looking for an easy way with an easy workflow to implement pseudo-stream or even HLS on a shared server, but have not found a way yet.

I know if I'm looking at porn online, if I can't shuttle through it, I don't even watch it. Any thoughts? I'm using JW player for my site.
