Funny enough I was developing games before of ending up in adult business, you want to do the opposite? I made games for early nokia color phones (there comes adultmobile nickname from 2003, made also adult ones but too early). I could do $6k - $10k per game so was ok, but in adult I could do more with less efforts at the time. Each new game had to be coded which is not a game (to write and especially debug it). Instead a (cam) site was setup once, then ran for years, some still are up now - just usual boring support to do.
But something is funny in running a program, for example this new affiliate yesterday:
"AFF: Do you have lamborghini? ME: lol no; AFF: you can buy one! can't you? every day in my dream i see i am in a lamborghini! :D that's why i am with adult cpa; I read a success story of a guy who make 15+ million per month! how? :O"
About make more money in games than adult today... lots of my old friends continued doing games until today... except a finnish one who ended up funded by banks, all others made some $$ with early $2 torch apps years ago, but today nothing.. there's a new flappy bird clone added every 20 minutes, no way anyone make money with mobile games, unless you own electronic arts, ubisoft and the such.
Also an issue it is you do android you have not in ios, or vice-versa, that's completely different API and languages etc. - learn both is a nuisance - I would suggest
http://xamarin.com for anyone wanting to release apps/games in both ios+android in easier way (esp. avoiding objective C which is so 1980's). Or if you do just 3d games,
http://unity3d.com.
Even easier (but no best results, just web-like) I suggest
http://phonegap.com , it only needs js+html5+css skills and it packages into apps for ios+android. Better than nothing and webmaster friendly.
