sales nearly DEAD - ccBill too expensive

I have 3 websites billing under ccBill.

3 or 4 years ago, just one of them was bringing in $800-1000/week.

Now all 3 combined barely scrape up $100.

ccBill's VISA/MC fees are around the corner and I just don't think it's worth it to shell out the cash.

My question:

I have 3 video sites. All 3 are nearly dead.

Can anybody suggest new billing ideas?

I would even try converting one of them into a totally free tubesite to see if the overhaul provides a similar revenue.

The content formula hasn't changed, but the traffic/competition has all moved in unfavorable directions.

More and more free content not to mention the most relentless piracy from my sites have practically wiped out all of my business.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think Zombaio is the free one. No experience with them.

Give us a shot and I will waive the MC annual fee + give you 5% until Aug 31. Shoot me a mail if you want to discuss this offline.

I'm not sure if this was intended for me. If so I do not have any email or messages from you Jason.
For the record though I do have a Verotel Premium account which on the surface seemed like a better deal (14%) than I currently pay CCBill and Epoch. However, I removed the Verotel option from my join forms when I saw that 1.5% is added to all re-bills.
