That's pretty much how it starts to look in the city I live. In some parts it seem to go 1 Swede on 10 immigrants. But the reason might be that Swedes work, they don't and that's why you see them outside all the time.

Canada is an english-speaking country. If you don't like english in your province you can either separate or move to France.
