Help me to improve my site!

I would like to have some help with one of my new tubes...

It is from February, but I made a theme like 2 weeks ago (Bootstrap + flatui), so now I want some feedback of it :D

I'm having about 600-700 unique visitors every day, so I'm really happy, but I want to keep improving and getting more people.

thumbs can be better.
