Casting Couch X Suicide

What a shame.

very sad indeed...

it is even more sad as these shit media like fox and dailynews blame porn on it in the article...not the intolerant society....

pornmasta 05-22-2014 10:24 AM

now she is a poltergeist

2MuchMark 05-22-2014 10:26 AM

Very sad. They don't mention this but its possible she was depressed, or maybe on drugs, maybe bipolar? Still sad.

JA$ON 05-22-2014 10:27 AM

Thats sad, but I'm guessing she had more issues that just being teased over this that drove her to kill herself.

A straight A student, planning on being a doctor. Obviously a smart cookie. She had to know if this got out what people might say. You don't throw what "looks on the surface" to be a very bright future over being teased.

What a pity. Crazy that she could manage to get her hands on a shotgun that fast. :\

Really sad, :(

AsianDivaGirlsWebDude 05-22-2014 10:40 AM

Sad for Alyssa, her family and friends. :(

Would be a nice gesture for Casting Couch X to pull the video, and maybe consider helping the family out with burial expenses, etc. :2 cents:

gotta love fox's comparison to the nfl due to earnings and they make it seem that the porn industry is the only one with tragic tales. There is no violence, crime or suicide in the nfl I guess right?

Why just them? She spent 10 days in la. Shot with a lot of people. Google it. I'm not in the name dropping biz like you are adg, so I'll leave that to you. You can look at this two ways: Taking it down and helping the family. Or keeping the video up. Helping the family would be nice, but that's not going to bring her back. Plus her family isn't exactly going to put that money to good use. The video explains their issues. Keeping the video up isn't going to hurt alyssa anymore. The bullying, by default, is over. In my 12 years I have seen girls die from cancer, disease, etc. I have seen some even try to fake their deaths. That's life. Videos don't get removed for that. We know that going in. Should the nfl stop highlighting old games where there have been players who died from cancer, or suicide? etc etc. As sad as this is, what is taking it down going to do. It's all over torrents and tubes etc. This is just something that is extremely unfortunate and nothing more. The world doesn't just stop. Be a little more pragmatic.

despite the girl being an adult and making her own decisions, this kind of thing is going to come back to bite porn producers sooner or later. its not quite the same if some girls kills herself years later as a result of numerous things but when it happens weeks after due to constant harassment from doing porn, its kind of different. online bullying is a huge buzz topic these days.

JustDaveXxx 05-22-2014 11:38 AM

Although I have nothing to do w/ the Casting Couch X folks....the title of this thread makes me sick.
Talk about being melodramatic...

It's terrible, TERRIBLE, that she felt the need to commit suicide...but to pigeonhole this one site, when it was definitely not the only company she shot for, is irresponsible.

yes it is, bullying is horrible, but it has nothing to do with porn. I was following this the day it happened. Her twitter was being slammed. Apparently, where she lives, bullying is HUGE. Several people said they had the same thing happen to them at that school/town. Blaming porn is johnny come lately.

probably not the only factor... but still very sad.

The 19-year-old did not know the easiest of childhoods, despite describing her past with a shrug in her porn video interview as 'pretty much' normal.

Her biological father Rashad Bowman was jailed in 2001 for fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Court records show that as a young girl, Alyssa tried to keep in contact with her father using audio tapes.

Her mother and a boyfriend were charged with drug-dealing. Family told KMSP-TV that the teenager had money worries and struggled with depression.

Despite brushing off the taunts from her peers, the words affected her, family said. On April 17, the teenager bought a shotgun, drove to Big Carnelia Lake and killed herself on her family's boat.

I feel much the same. I thought it also sucked that they posted screenshots from the porn as well given she committed suicide and the situation. Very disrespectful to her and her family but it's the Daily Mail.

I don't think the porn was the problem though as much as it was the bullying assholes. It makes me want to track down the people responsible and start tweeting them "Is it better to be a pornstar or a murderer? Which is more shameful?" then again one of them might shoot themselves too.

While i agree that may be a nice gesture, but it's like saying a hollywood studio should kill all movies of actors who shot themselves..

VikingMan 05-22-2014 12:18 PM

What if she had done a Cinemax movie which is only softcore porn but she is shown fully naked humping some guy? Should they pull the movie?

This story is very sad and I don't think any company should be guilt-ed to pay for funeral expenses.

She was hot. Fucking stupid of her to do a porn. Should could have had it all. I am surprised more girls don't kill themselves because even though almost everyone watches porn they are still so mean they will treat people who have been in porn as less than human.

Should the producers of the Fast & Furious movies have stopped production on the new movie Fast & Furious 7 that was just started filming when Paul Walker died off camera several months ago while racing around in a street legal race car as a passenger with a friend in his spare time?

Not only did they not stop production on the movie, but they invoked their production insurance to the tune of tens of millions of dollars and then went out of their way to hire his two living brothers who kind of look like him and a third actor and are using special effects to put his CGI face on the other actors' bodies to shoot the movie as intended!

Stuff happens. People do things they regret at times for money.

The unfortunate thing is that soulless politicians will us this for their own selfish agenda and go after porn as they always have as the evil corrupter of youth!

She was of legal age and did something legal. Who is to blame...none one except herself.

pamon 05-22-2014 05:49 PM

sad story. never thought a lot of those casting couch girls were real amateur's, just paid pros who act like its their first video. sad though.

pamon 05-22-2014 05:52 PM

but, looks like she did a ton of shooting with other places as well. looks it all launched in the same period of time. sad story but it sometimes happens. bullying though is just wrong in any form. offline or online.

Mutt 05-22-2014 06:25 PM

It's tragic and sad, the blood is on the hands of those who bullied her, fucking hypocrites every one of them I bet. Porn is just a really convenient excuse for them to harass and embarrass a girl.

If they were truly anti-porn on moral grounds they'd want to help a young girl like her not punish her.

I have been "hospitalized" twice and I can still drive to the WalMart 5 minutes away and walk out with a rifle and ammo. 'Murica.

Mutt 05-22-2014 06:37 PM

This girl didn't kill herself because she hated herself for doing porn, she killed herself because the small town goons she returned to made it their mission to make her feel bad for their own twisted reasons.

This industry does nothing to help this problem though, an anti Slut Shaming campaign should at least be tried.

Spunky 05-22-2014 06:47 PM

That's very sad,such a beauty .RIP

Tam 05-22-2014 07:45 PM

This is so terrible - I hate to hear anyone being so distressed that they feel like this is their only way out. But I am like others, I highly doubt that one porn video is what was the end all and breaking point. Sure people can be cruel - but she was messed up way before this I would think...

Also, anyone with a grain of professionalism should be letting these girls know what is about to happen in their lives - anyone of them I ever interviewed, I always always always let them know, if they are ashamed for their moms or dads to see them naked online, they are doing the wrong things - as well as others, if they don't have the backbone for it, then they shouldn't be doing it - they are adults and have to know what they are getting into.

Very sad story. She seemed like a very lovely girl. Nice personality, amazing body - nicest white teeth I've seen in porn in a long while.

Shotgun on the family boat. Soooo messy. :Oh crap

Reminds me a little of Megan Leigh - shot herself in the head back in 1990 (she was despondent over her family's rejection of her announcing she was a lesbian).

Nomarh 05-22-2014 08:12 PM

Well, how would you define a real amateur? There are dozens of girls doing their first porn scene every week, in all kinds of shoots including casting shoots where that is the theme. Many of them just do a few shoots and quit to go back to obscurity while a handful become popular and stick around a while. If they're getting paid, they're all pros even if they do one shoot and quit that same day right?

bronco67 05-22-2014 09:03 PM

When you're that age, it's hard to look ahead and know this one incident isn't your whole fucking life. You'll forget about it and move on. Not that anything this embarrassing has ever happened to me, but once you've been in a bad spot a few times you know time will make things better. It's tragic but she's unstable.

Even guys do bullying in that situation. Belle Knox was on Opie and Anthony and was talking about the guys at her college being real assholes.
