Horrible. We usually have a few killed a year that way here. Usually in some resort or condo pool, always the same problem, poor or no grounding. It's something I always think about when I get into a pool.

Grounding is a fail-safe (a poor one at that). Bad ground does not cause electrocution. Its failure of equipment causing shorts, and if ground not present, the pool becomes the ground.
