Yes, refund was issued yesterday. However, let's be honest. There was posting on GFY going on during the extended periods of silence with us. So apparently the "personal shit going on" did not hamper those GFY postings; only communication with customers who were asking where their order/money was. But, it's all resolved now. All parties involved should walk away with lessons learned.
