I am constantly spammed by some chinese wanting to buy one of my domains,so i'l guess if you want to sell you just need to wait to be spammed lol.

How difficult was it to set up as a foreigner? And were you able to get a work visa to accompany the business? Thanks.

Well,just because they dont speak English and use stupid method to approach,doesn't mean how it is automatically bad deal.Once i sold domain for 50$ to some chinese on other forum with totally bad english,i kind a expected how there will chargeback or problem with money received(it was over paypal)but it was fine.

Depending on your budget it is harder or easier.
I did it the cheapest way possible by being there. It took about 20 business days of constant work. Going to various agencies, then back to others. You will need the help of a local. All the forms must be signed in chinese so you need help with that. You will need to hire an accounting firm also for one portion of it.

Yes after you have your business, you will need to go there on a business class visa. Then get a health checkup, which will take a couple weeks, then you can finally apply for a Permanent Resident Card. Getting just a work Visa is alot easier than a PR card.
