Something tells me this won't end well for the person who posted that flyer. Isn't making actual sized photo copies of currency illegal? Not sure if the bill is actual size or not.. was just the first thing that popped into my head when I looked at the image.

thats how I started in the biz back in '99. Posted flyers on telephone poles and handed them out at the local county fair for models
