Where to buy much but cheap traffic (quality is not relevant but no bots)

since I have my own tube site and I am not out for sales I want to buy some cheap traffic. I just want that my site gets a little bit popular and I reach 100-1000UVs/day returning visitors. So it could be third-world traffic or 1-tier traffic. It is important that the traffic are no bots and the traffic is real!

Maybe 1$/1000 Bannerclicks or something?

Hit me up with cheap networks and where I can invest at first only small amounts 10$ etc.

I am trying to make money with banner ads, maybe later I will start promoting cam sites in big style like big banners or emails.
