Already had muscles, only trained off his huge gut, so yes definitely possible in 4 weeks. Apart from his gut nothing else happened, if you concentrate on only that anyone can do it if you focus on it every day.

Phoenix 06-01-2014 01:53 AM

yeah i agree, looks like he was already well off. He just tanned up and focused on diet and probably a ton of cardio for four weeks.

Andreweb 06-01-2014 02:10 AM

He already had big muscles he only losed some fat!

MiamiBoyz 06-01-2014 02:28 AM

Common "trick" with those pills that claim to give guys a 6 pack. Way it works...hot model puts on 10 pounds of fat...covers up the muscle they have. Take the "Before" photo.

Nest, they simply go back to eating right and working out...they burn off that 10 pounds and then take the "After" photo.

Looks like the pills gave them a 6 pack when in reality it did nothing at all.

Even if the average Joe took the pill and lost 10 pounds he would hot have abs or any added muscle...he would would just be skinnier.

Shady advertising really.

I've just taken a quick selfie, would you say I've got a lot to lose?

wehateporn 06-01-2014 03:05 AM

OK, I admit, that wasn't me, let's be more honest, can it be done in 4 weeks?

If he lived in the gym for 4 weeks, that is quite some fat on his belly. As for the pills, fake.

bronco67 06-02-2014 06:48 AM

Drink greens and eat boiled chicken. Throw in some HIIT cardio and you have that result.

Yea this is definitely legit. Most fitness pictures are taken a lot closer together than you think. Usually closer to the 24-48 hours apart

Doesn't spike GH, or give you the afterburn effect -- and it takes 5 times longer. If people would do some research on their fitness, instead of doing the same shit they learned years ago they'd get in shape quicker.

When I tell my fat brother in law that I only do 10 minute cardio session about 3 or 4 times a week, he looks at me like I have two heads. This is while we're both standing around at a pool with our shirts off, so it's not like he can't see the proof. But he's so brainwashed and set in his ways he'll never try HIIT. And he does Weight Watchers also, so that tells you everything. That dumb program still thinks a calorie is a calorie.

Looks like awesome transformation !

umm sorry, takes more than that chief...

any amateur bodybuilder can shed that much water weight inside a week no less 4.. its an illusion. You hit up a loading phase for 3-4 weeks then cut out sugars and carbs for a couple of weeks and you lean back up--even without a lot of cardio. You don't burn a lot of fat in that time, but the water bags are just deflated.

boiled chicken is disgusting, learn how to cook

JennaFame 06-02-2014 08:25 AM

Hahah, I'd take anything endorsed by that guy....

Not when it's boiled super slow for 3 hours with olive oil, and seasoned a little afterwards. Moist and delicious.

But what you described is one way to do it.

Milan_Quantox 06-02-2014 10:31 AM

Yep, this can be done in 4 weeks :winkwink:
