Who's a grill master here?
I'm usually pretty good on the grill, but today I'm trying something I've never done before. A 5lb pork loin. It's set to on a rack inside a shallow uncovered pan atop the grill. Grill's set to 350. Should I put a little bit of water in the bottom of the pan or no?

It can't hurt it, putting a bit of water in the pan. I doubt it would do much at all really, but no harm in it.
Keeping the heat low and any flare-ups to a minimum while leaving the lid closed for a long time is what's going to get that bad boy cooked properly. |

Update. I went with the water in the pan. Not sure if that made any difference or not, but this sucker turned out fantastic!
