New Moniker Interface
Anyone else frustrated and annoyed at the new Moniker interface? I hope they're still working on the bugs as it's only been live a day, but right now I can't modify my payment information or even figure out how to renew my domains :(

It's brutal. I also can't figure out how to actually get domain renewals into the shopping cart. Everything is just setting the new preferences.

also if you have any domains expired more than a few days they're gone..

Some of my japanese domains have totally disappeared from my account! It better get resolved ASAP. It's a total failure. |

I opened a ticket today about 20+ domains completely disappearing from my account! I'll take the shitty new interface, but give me back my domains.

This is impossible to deal with. It is complete disaster to say the least. I do not know who tested it for these guys, but this is simply an absolutely mess to say the least. There are better companies to deal with that are a lot less frustrating. :disgust |

I have 24 domains completely missing.
They were all domains that weren't set to expire until 2015. I don't have anything that expires until September. I renew 3 months prior to the expiration after a premium domain was deleted from my account after only being expired for about a week. No redemption. Just gone. Now it's for sale. I noticed my domain count was lower than before. I'm trying to figure out exactly which domains are missing. Fucking sucks. Jim |

There a couple of things in common with the missing domain names:
1. They all had domain privacy enabled. 2. They have all been "pushed" to my account within the past 100 days. Hopefully they are just working out a few bugs with the new interface, but it sure does suck to see them gone right now... Jim |

holy shit. just logged in. Funny that after no changes in well over a decade, that's what they ended up with. They brought it from looking like early spring of 1999... to late fall, 1999.

Anyone suggest a good registrar? We had a VIP, or whatever they call it now, with GoDaddy way back when, but I'd rather not go back there. |

Add in the fact that now when you're domain is 1 day past due, they then sell it off, lock it up, or flip it to the domain parking service, it's a royal pain in the ass. I started transferring domains out this evening, and will continue to do so until the roughly 200-250+ are out of there. I simply do not have patience for this nonsense. Left years ago as they sucked back then. Only reason I stuck around is because Bari was there but sad when the best/quickest support ya get is from a forum poster and not direct. :2 cents:

Left them years ago when I had a domain stolen. Got it back after a ton of BS, but lost all of my traffic.

Namecheap did the same, took them months to get things sorted and still not 100%. |

Figuring out which domains are missing shouldn't be that hard if you keep your old emails. For those with missing domains, have you figured out which ones and does WHOIS still show your info? |

only just woke up, so brain isn't in gear enough to go take a close look just yet, but quick question - are the domains that are missing for you guys also not resolving, or?

Forgot to mention how after that privacy shit i left one domain there since i had it renewed for 10 years,but moved that after they had first DNS failure,even i didn't used their dns on that domain.I think company which have DNS servers offline for entire day cannot be considered as professional company,especially these days when there is so many fail-over solutions.

so far i see they unlocked a bunch of my domains and don't let me sort or filter by unlocked. Also, the admin section says my domains no longer have privacy, but thankfully the whois record still shows it. Also , yeah the made it impossible to renew a domain right now.

2 domains that I left to expire in 2012 now back in my account ... another domain that expired 2 weeks ago and I wanted to renew it is gone now.

To renew domains I believe you have to choose "Renew/Delete domains" in the menu and then under the "Renewaloption" column you choose the options under "Renew immediately". Not sure if that'll work as I haven't tried it myself.

Just got off the phone with them after an hour+ hold. They are saying that the domains that got pushed to my account that were purchased via snapnames are now being managed by networksolutions. I tried logging into the domains via network solutions while on the phone with support, and they are not in my network solutions account. I tried using the lost password for each domain using the email address, and nothing come to me. They are working on it now, and I will update here if they give me any more info that might help someone else here with lost domains...

What a clusterfuck. All old invoices/transaction history appear to be gone. Privacy box is not ticked on every domain and when you change it and try to save it still remains unticked. And I find the new interface brutal in terms of useability. Blah.

Damn, I swear I never had problems with Moniker but now this is indeed quite a disaster. The old interface was old school but still workable.
I can't figure out how to check the transactions history (shows nothing - had a pre-paid there and the balance looks a bit low). |

They sent the ID to my email, then with the ID, i reset my password and the domains that were missing were there. Now if only i can get my expired domains back so i can renew them. talk about zero communication about this. they were previously in my moniker account and i got emails saying they were registered my moniker.... |

They've hcarged me for domain renewals on a handful of domains I was letting expire - they aren't even listed in my account so it looks like I've paid the renewal but don't have them listed against me.
