Been waiting for a reply for 1 week now. Do they ever read their emails or it is better to call them? That doesn't look good...

Uhm.. Yea. Calling didn't work, either. Busy, busy, busy, call transferred... then it said leave a message, but was unable to, because inbox was full. Sorry, but if this is the way they handle their service, i would not want to work with them. Looking for another biller now...
