Yes and I also did it with my Paxum.

So if I have $500 in my Paxum account and the merchant only accepts Paypal, not even a credit card (otherwise I'd just run it as a Mastercard) then I will pay with Paypal and set the funding source to be my Paxum/Payoneer card.
