I don't know. It's a single common language word, so there is room to contest it, but since they are known for their pictorials it would be a really hard argument to make. If no C&D were sent, and given the large sum being asked, a good lawyer would likely first motion to have it thrown out as frivolous and hope they opt instead for some type of settlement.
