You really should seek approval in Canada, because I can't speak to other countries but here there are actually some stringent guidelines for these kinds of products. There actually has to be some proven evidence that they do what they say they do.

I'm not down on herbal treatments and remedies, much of it isn't snakeoil, some of it works well for a certain level of relief from certain ailments. It doesn't always work for everyone though, but then again even the highest end prescription medicines don't "always work for everyone" either.

But seek approval in Canada. If you get it, that would go a long way to lending legitimacy to your product line.

That "paperwork" you're referring to, a lot of it is to do with verification of product claims, ingredients, licensing info etc. You know, checks and balances that are there to protect the citizens of Canada from false or substandard products. If it's "too much" for you that's a pretty big red flag for me.

Like I said, making the effort to get approval in Canada would be a solid bonus for how legitimate your company looks. Not having it because it's "too much paperwork" just looks bad.

But I'm sure someone in the US won't be bothered by any of that and will happily do business with you.

I will be as polite as I can. Herbal "remedies" are a scam, and are downright dangerous to a sick person who thinks that this will help them instead of medicine. Selling false hope to a desperate sick person is beyond despicable to me. Thyroid and Lung problems "helped" by this stuff do nothing but mask the real problem and slow down or prevent the person from seeking real medical attention. I think that the people who profit from this are the worst of scumbags. That's all I will say.
