Interestingly, United International Bank also lists the same Curaçao address, and lists Mr. Elias as a director, among others. So, on the surface at least, it appears that ePassporte and its primary bank are owned and operated by the same entity and directors."

I actually have been considering a movie or book about the absolute worst companies and people in adult over the last two decades. A good working title for it would be "Scumbags" I think. Mallick would be one of many mentioned. Some of us should get together and do it for real. :)

I always wondered if it really happened that since Mallick stopped paying Elias back the money he owes him, then Elias in another email accused Mallick of living a "lavish lifestyle", saying that "all your friends are telling me about your lavish life".

So then Elias finds out Mallick is planning to close the company and disappear (the email is dated July 19th :disgust), - so we can guess that the closing of ePass was NOT a sudden act, but was anticipated. -

Then Elias maybe empties what is left in epass to cover some interest mallick owes him? Remember the $12 Mil. is not just Elias money, but money Elias invested for other wealthy characters, so his ass is on the fire too.

And then maybe this is when St. kitty shuts them down.

Greg Elias wouldn't be saying peep if Mallick's ego movie, "Middle Man", had not turned out to be a monumental box office bomb. If Elias did any due diligence on the shady Chris Mallick prior to lending him millions for his failed movie ventures, he would have never given him the money. :2 cents:
