whats good resource to learn about real estate investing?
 

I visit bigger pockets but meh not great for learning.
I have capital just want to learn before I get into it.

While at it anyone that has experience could you please post the most important points skipping buy low sell high.

What state do you want help in?

Your talking flips, I'm a realtor. one way is, every city has a trust auction. Or just look for the lowest dollar per sqft in the city, you can start from there. Any more info I'll have to charge you. ; )
