I have sent this in to get it taken care of, yes - until I know more about this part of it, I don't do it myself - but have made note of it and saved all that you posted here - I really wish you had emailed it to me, but it's ok, I have it saved - and will have someone walk me thru this and get it taken care of. Once I know the system inside and out a bit better, I can handle it faster - but it IS being handled.

As far as knowing Chris Butler, I really am not that familiar with him, but as all that was done was let me know the enter link doesn't work it doesn't bring me too many problems for now. ;)
