Anyone from mojohost around?

Anyone with problems accessing they're servers?
I can't even ping mojohost.com ...
Maybe its a ISP problem?

_Richard_ 07-03-2014 09:44 AM

some sort of google dns issue?

rayadp05 07-03-2014 09:48 AM

Yeah, I noticed it. They are aware of the issue and are working on it though, according to what I have been told.

Reports it is up.

BabeHunter 07-03-2014 09:52 AM

they have a problem with their upstream provider (level3)

CIVMatt 07-03-2014 10:32 AM

Their MX record is down as well. A few other people are talking about outages with a couple other companies as well.

selena 07-03-2014 10:38 AM

My personal stuff is all down, and I'm told it is a known issue.

I guess it was time for my biennial (maybe even triennial) site problems.

I remember hosts that I had that many problems in a week. Thankfully, those days are long behind me.

Dear Customers,

We apologize that connectivity issues are affecting multiple MojoHost customers at this time and have disrupted service. We have engineers working hard on a full resolution. I will update this thread when I am certain that normal function is fully restored.

Sincerely,

Brad Mitchell

I know you're on top of it ... my mailbox can handle the Pingdom alerts. :thumbsup

Yeah Mojohost has been incredible in terms of uptime compared to anyone else I've ever been with. They've been good to me, I ain't even worried.

Up and running again! ;)

Cleo 07-03-2014 12:06 PM

My stuff is still down.

adultmobile 07-03-2014 01:18 PM

Our site with mojo is mostly up, just at times it slows down then ok again, 20 girls there video moving to me: http://tubecamgirl.com

I went to open a ticket to ask if it was just my isp or some issue, and I got scared a little that the mojohost ticket system is affected too so you get this error at each ticket submit:

--------------
Sorry, we cannot complete your request..

Please review the following message returned by the help desk:

Error executing run mode 'submit_req': Can't call method "MailMsg" without a package or object reference at lib/PerlDesk/App.pm line 1696. at /var/www/html/tech.mojohost.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi line 30
---------------

Then I got scooter on ICQ teling me they know, and seen this GFY post, so I am enough confident all will be ok. I am the 4th year with mojohost and until now they deflected a ddos and solved several disasters quickly.
