Ever had that landing in Vegas for INTX few years ago. Were coming down and down, and they push the throttle full on at about 60-70 feet, there was another plane on the strip... Had to go around town again before re-aproaching

Argentinean crew acknowledged instruction to cross runway after landing jet but then ignored it apparently.
