There is no term. It's described as, fiscal conservative, social liberal.

Being socially liberal requires others people's money. When you say "I'm for social justice", that means: "I want those who are richer than me to pay more so I can feel good."

and being conservative means 'make it on my own'?

Liberals and conservatives are not so different, but I think at least some of conservatives know that resources are scarce and we don't live in Garden of Eden. In my country, when I see conservative farmers begging for subsidies and trade tariffs (so we can buy our milk from our cows etc.), makes no economic difference to me and that's most important.
