It's odd that you say that, nico-t - and a very valid point. A guy I knew raped the shit out of a girl during our Sr. year in high school. I'm talking straight up tied the girl up, gagged her, and raped her multiple times while her parents were out of town. There was a "technicality" in the case and it was eventually dismissed. I watched a video of one of his speeches and while he does give a good speech and has a good pitch, he has one major flaw. He kept reminding people in the audience how much money he made. Not just a once or twice, but several times. It came off as if he was very please with himself that he had made that kind of money. He even ended his speech saying something like, "I sold out my family for half a million dollars a years. What's your price?"

I believe it's safe to say that I've known a few "porn models" and VERY few of them are as fucked up as this girl is/was. Yes, I've met her, and she's a fucking nut job. While I'm positive some of it was from drugs, overall she was a very unstable person.

Great post. I grew up in a Christian family and they are good people but it seems the mainstream Christianity that exists today is so enabling that it just gives an excuse for people to act badly. They can do whatever they want and then ask forgiveness. Their favorite line is "We are all sinners".

The half truths and shady innuendos are my biggest issue with Donny's speeches and articles as well. I have no issue with his using the church to get paid, he told us all about his plans years before he actually did it. But in my opinion, he could have done just as well without throwing so many under the bus with his misinformation.

I'm sure the catholic priests love Donny's confessions. Two peas in a pdo. oops typo.. Great choice of religion, choirboy. I bet he can't wait to get promoted to priesthood so he can toy with more young minds.

That right there is the root and start of Donny's problems, not porn. Having a set of parents who themselves have egregious misconceptions about what true Christianity is, who then inflict those misconceptions onto their children is the cause of a lot of people's messed up minds, not just Donny's.

That was a symtom manifesting itself that stemmed from problems that occured long before in his life. But you're right, that was something that definitely sparked a lot more trouble for him later on. Trouble that he seems to continue to struggle with letting go of to this day in spite of mine and others' many attempts to get him to just drop it.
