anyone know how to track which payout is which when it hits the bank as their refenrce id doesnt match with bank's id.

2+ days since i sent email to Nissim Alkobi .

havent received the reply yet.

their support ticketing systems avg response time is 4 days.

not sure , payment they deposited yesterday is from last transfer or current transfer.

Hmm this is second thread about payoneer already.Pattern ?

dont know whats going on with them, but i am big believer in payoneer as they are never late and never missed a payment,
and if they are reading this, the only thing you need to improve , is your support.
like taking avg. response time from 4 days to few hours .

my payoneer card was expired last march and i asked for a new one and shipped last april but until now it's still nothing on my mail, i almost forgot about my new card until i saw this thread of yours. I checked my calender, oh wait it's mid of july already LoL

last time i contacted their support , it took 14+ days i guess to resolve the issue. and it was like this

day 1: created ticket.

day 4: received reply.
replied back.

day 8: received reply:
replied back

day 12: received reply.
replied back.

day 15: issue solved.

issue solved, contacted nissim a on ICQ.

its because of holidays , the payout got delayed from bank.

ill update again once i receive funds.,

If I feel a (Payoneer) payment is late, I contact the Program paying me, NOT Payoneer.

The Program makes the payment, and has the tracking info.

but payout was already sent to the payoneer by program owner and payoneer was did sent the payout to bank too, but in this case bank holiday caused this.

I keep a list of US, Canada, UK, and EU Bank Holidays. Each morning, my personal homepage notes if today is a Bank Holiday somewhere where I send and receive payments.

To me, there shouldn't be Bank Holidays in this age of electronic payments. Visa processes 24/7. So should Wires, ACHs, IBANs, SWIFTS, etc.

i like the way you think (there shouldn't be Bank Holidays in this age of electronic payments) , but i heard/read money flows through stock market when going from one country to another or even one currency to another, i may be wrong.

+1, same deal, even wasted a $$ calling US from EU... so, whats up with payoneer?

I actually got live person there, card was supposedly shipped out/etc, never got in my mailbox.. had to send them kidney screens and blood samples lol :D

add some bone marrow samples too.
