Is My Roulette Simulator working?

I'm having a programmer making my Roulette simulator pick a random number every spin. I noticed it gives me duplicate numbers on allot of the games and doesn't seem to function properly. Can you test it and tell me how it's working for you?

I made a bet of 100 to black and I won (spin ended up on 8 black) then I had ballance 0. How does that work? Should have been 200, right? Or I am the stupid one here...

Try playing consecutively and see if you get duplicate numbers. I'll tell the programmer the spin time is too long
