A Disturbing Take on the IRS Investigations
|
Yes, you're disturbed
|
You're absolute trash. Society's bottom.
To defend the IRS targeting of people you don't agree with is so fucking short sighted. Like you imagine the pendulum won't swing backand "the bad guys" won't one day be in control targeting you, the leech class. So utterly despicable. You are trash and deserve every awful. Unfulfilled day you've ever experienced. Filth. |
This wins as dumbest most myopic post of the day.

The Message: Money in politics is drowning out the voice of the people.
The GFY Replies: Blah blah blah, socialism, I hope your life sucks, blah blah blah... I love the stooges on this board who continuously defend the indefensible. You guys aren't just fucking sheep, you are Super Sheep! |

Receiving anonymous contributions to manipulate politics is literally the furthest from what a non profit social welfare organization should be (501 c organization)
They all should be scrutinized to hell no matter what political leaning they have because they are a mockery of the entire political system |

Both sides had groups targeted...it's just a certain political party who decided to act like victims, because that's their game plan these days. That really is all they do.
They're just killing time until they can get an empty Republican suit back in the white house -- which is going to be a long time from now. |

You guys with your blind allegiance to party are completely missing the real point, yet again... :disgust https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.n...32ec1f0c4a685c . |
I don't get it - what's wrong with that video? It has been proven that the IRS investigated all kinds of groups and did not target conservative groups. The whole Issa investigations seemed way out of hand in my opinion and it made no sense to me why Issa kept pushing the investigations over and over again. This video offers a pretty compelling (and depressing) reason for it. If it is way off base, why ?

"""Our ruling Brazile said the IRS was "looking at everybody" including liberal groups and progressive groups. Yes, some progressive groups did have their tax-exempt status applications flagged as the IRS reviewed whether nonprofit groups were engaging in political activities. But it wasn?t to the same degree as tea party and other conservative groups, nor did it result in the same actions. The list targeting tea party groups resulted in delayed processing that in some cases lasted almost three years and inquiries into their donors. Further, the inspector general found tea party groups were systematically singled out as part of an office-wide effort, while progressive groups were not.""""" |
