This could end multiple encodes and even drastically curtail piracy

If you dont know what DASH is educate yourself if you own a site. combined with H.265 it could be a real help to site owners.

Mozilla is still fence sitting on it but JWPlayer should be able to implement it cross platform...thats kinda the gist here
