Texas Texas football player punches female basketball player in the face during a pickup basketball game and breaks her face, literally.

He was kicked off the team, which means out of the school, the next day.

But now the tables have turned!

He is now back on the football team after a grand jury refused to indict him for aggravated assault on the female.

The female will have to sit out a few games during basketball season because she started the fight.

The grand jury not only refused to indict the male but expressed desire that he get his football scholarship back.
The grand jury also said Texas Tech needs to publicly exonerate him.

Christ, when I was a kid we had altercations like this on the field all the time while playing pickup games of football, baseball or whatever. I don't recall a grand jury ever getting involved. Sometimes if it was bad enough the parents would get involved, one kid would be marched over to the other kid's house and apologies made. But that's it.

That push&shove&hit lasted about 3 seconds tops, and it's national news. Times have sure changed.

there's another couple of videos, of what happened prior in the same game. She keeps giving it large to him, knocking him over, pushing him etc. This vid just shows the straw the broke the camels back - having seen the other 2 vids I can't blame him at all tbh, though I wouldn't have let it get to the stage it did anyway. His problem was he was actually too nice to start, and let her get away with too much, so set himself up to get walked on, to the point where this happened.

Both dumb fucks, but yeah, she got what was coming really (people do need to watch the other vids, which I saw a few days back and can't be bothered to go find, to get my meaning on this. I'm not saying at all that a woman needs to be hit as a matter of routine so things don't esclate)

Yep, I fucking hate white knights and capt save a hoes as they are the scourge of humanity and are the reason that women continue to ruin men's lives and send them to prison from false allegations. One night I had a fight with my GF and she said she was going to walk home. She had to walk like 5 miles and part of it was through not such a great part of town so I walked with her to keep her safe and also to talk some sense into her so someone could drive her. About 3 blocks from my house she gets pissed and hits me. Some turd driving decides to impress his GF who is with him by stopping and threatening to kick my ass. SHE HIT ME and this turd wants to hit me for that. Fucking morons out there in this world.

MANY NOT ALL women think they have a get out of jail free card when it comes to assaulting a male simply because they are women.

There needs to be shift in public policy that doesnt immediately and falsely convict or jail men that women get into an altercation with and claim they were assaulted.

Most police will arrest and charge a man simply on a womans word alone.

How many thousands of men have been wrongly arrested and convicted falsely from the word of manipulative lying s women? 1000s a year id wager...

Yep, if you have kids with a woman all she needs to do to remove them from your life is go down to the courthouse and get a temporary restraining order (they give them out like candy). Two weeks later the temporary restraining order will be turned into a full year. Naive men spend tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands in legal fees. All the women have to say is "I am scared of him". And evidence does not need to be presented for her to get this restraining order. If fact the man can go into court with evidence exonerating him and proving that the woman is in fact the abusive person and the man-hating Marxist indoctrinated Judge will still rule against the man. I know this sounds crazy but it happens every day in courtrooms all over many western countries.

It took a jury of normal people to stop the run away system.
Everybody else involved just wanted their name in the news.
