Unfortunately that's not possible due to accounting and traffic history reasons.

Creating a new account is not that hard :)

i only use white labels, opening a new account makes it a problem for current site(s) and existing members.

Payoneer is popular but there's always those affiliate/performers who can't understand how to connect the account and gives you the card number of the real name lol
